Shipping & Returns

Where is my order?

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact shipping@pja.fashion to investigate.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund. Once the label has been created you will have 5 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 5 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact shipping@pja.fashion for a new return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase.

If you request a return within 15 days of your order date you will receive the refund in your original payment method. After 15 days until 30 days of your order date you will receive the refund in a gift card with credit to spend on our web.

Can I exchange an item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method or gift card.

How do I return my online order?

I have sent my order back, when I will receive my refund?

Once we receive the items we will check if they accomplish all of the return guidelines. This may take 5 business days and after checking in it you will receive your refund. For more information please visit our REFUND POLICY

My package is missing. What should I do?

Please, if you have not received your order or is lost by the carrier contact us to shipping@pja.fashion and we will be happy to assist.

Can I change my shipping address after my order have been dispatched?

No, once the order has been dispatched, no changes can be made in shipping address.
